About the Owner

Phillip Schrock, owner of Schrock Construction, has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. During that time he has acquired the knowledge and skills to both plan your project and complete it.

Warranty Information

All warranties, expressed or implied, are limited to the area where work was performed. Any preexisting conditions on existing structures which were not disclosed to Schrock Construction that affect the soundness of the work performed will also not be covered. Other exclusions include misuse, abuse, neglect, modification of performed work, improper maintenance, fire, flood, acts of God, acts of nature, acts of war (declared or undeclared including terrorism), and any other action or condition that does not occur through normal usage. Wood based products carry no warranty against warping, twisting, cracking, splitting, or otherwise naturally occurring deterioration. All materials supplied by Schrock Construction are of industry standard or better and may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact manufacturer for information if applicable. Materials provided by customer are not under warranty from, or covered by Schrock Construction. All warranties expire one year after date of completion of work.
